We are Blue Otter Games, creators of Matrix Hearts, an Adult Visual Novel about comedy, story, and romance.
He was supposed to be somebody. He was going to be a contender! Then he took a rock climbing wall to the knee. A would-be Olympic climber sustains an injury to his leg that keeps him from competing and a shot at the big leagues, with the only possible fix being a prototype technology that is sci-fi at best. Between his new introverted mood, a town of colorful characters, and the fruits of temptation, getting this tech to work may require all he's got. There's a big cliff to climb for him to be a champion again!

A photography nerd who will make you feel welcome as soon as you meet her. But under that demeanor is a chick with more kink than the entire town.
Siarra
Your ex-girlfriend. When you couldn't climb anymore, things between you two splintered, but she still cares for your wellbeing.
Kim and Frianca
Best friends who like to egg each other on. One is intelligent, the other is a bit of a floozy, but together they make your time enjoyable.
Stormy
Badass chick! Best friends with Layla, yes, but Stormy couldn't be anymore unique. Goth, crass, and bodacious, she's going to speak her mind and make you laugh.
This story is a slow build that focuses on character movements first before reaching an overarching climax. Please note: our comedy of choice is irreverent humor, which may come off as silly or weird to some. If this isn't your style, we understand, but please don't put that in any review! We do strive to strike a balance in our humor though, and feel we have made a great combo.

I noticed a small glitch, the replay has the wrong thumbnail for 2 of the scenes. The 2nd stewardess scene has Stormy's thumbnail on it, and Stormy's scene has the stewardess.
On a side note, the otters are tough to find.

Do you have a list of all the songs? so many that go with the story well but don't know any of them.
I'm in particularly interested in the when MC meets stormy on her boat, some lyrics are "schools out for the summer and kids are on break" or something very similar

I know there's one in the courtyard close to the small statue, I kept tapping it and all it say is "Is".
Those were for a promotional image when it was released. We are going to fix that in the future update.

This game is extremey funny and well written. I'm not sure about the overt goofyness of the school, but everything else seems just great to me. It is rare that I can identify with a somewhat ass-y MC, but this one not only has a reason, but I can temper his assyness a little, which is very rewarding. The girls are all very beautiful and likeable.
The humor isn't for everyone. It's written with irreverent humor, so some things might come off as whacky, but we like it that way. The story is yours, so you decide if the MC is going to be nice!
I just discovered this game and I was gladly surprised with the story, the jokes and the beautiful renders. Props to the Blue Otter team and I will be showing my support on patreon for sure.

I just found the game a few days ago and when I tell you that it’s been a while since I’ve been so engrossed in a story and it’s characters, that would be an understatement, I’ve just finished chapter two last night and am so excited for what’s to come!

I'm really enjoying this game so far. I just love games with quirky characters and interesting story lines. Plus, I don't think I've ever played a game with a Canadian MC. I'm not Canadian myself, but I think I may have been in a past life. I really like the Canadian National Anthem better than the USA's. I also love all the humorous asides from you guys that keep popping up here and there. Keep up the great work, I'm looking forward to seeing where the journey goes in the future.
